1. What areSherlockS Hats store hours?

Our store hours are:

Sunday -Thursday: 12 pm – 6 pm

and Friday: 10 am- 1 pm

2. How much does it cost to ship a hat?

SherlockS Hats ships FREE anywhere in Israel. There is a cost for international shipping.

3. Does SherlockS Hats deliver internationally?

Yes! We offer shipping to most countries across the globe.

4. Where is SherlockS Hat store located?

SherlockS is located on King George Street 31, Jerusalem, Israel

5. How can I return an online order?

In order to return an item, simply fill out the contact form at:

Make sure to provide us with an active email and phone number so we can reach you in case we’re busy with customers.

Once we receive the hat and check that it is in good condition we will confirm your credit or exchange.

6. How do I know my hat size?

To find out your hat size, you simply need to measure the circumference of your head (around the forehead, just above the ears, and the lower third of the back of the head) in cm or inches. This number is your hat size!

You can also view the chart attached to each product page for a clearer idea of what constitutes a size Small, Medium, Large, or X-Large.

7. I never received my order. What should I do?

8. How long do I have to return a hat?

SherlockS Hats prides itself on its flexible return policy. Our customers have within 14 days of receiving their order to submit a request to return the order for a full refund. Customers also have 30 days from the time of receiving their order to exchange it for store credit or another hat. To request a return please call or send us a message on whatsapp at 02-563-7155, or fill in your information on our Contact Us page.

9. What if my hat comes in damaged?

If you received a damaged hat, please notify us immediately of the damage by sending us a message on whatsapp to 02-563-7155 and we will arrange for the hat to be returned and exchanged for a new hat.

10. Can I send you a hat to clean or resize? How long does it take?

Yes! SherlockS offers a cleaning and resizing service to all of our customers. The service takes between 4-5 business days. However, not all hats are salvageable, so please send us a picture of the hat to verify we can help bring your hat back to life before sending it in.
